Individual First Aid Kit (IFAK) is a critical lifesaving component that should be on every gun belt and within reach at all times. The AttackPAK version is compact, streamlined, providing easy access with versatile mounting options. Wear it vertical next to a Gravity Pocket at 5 or 7 o’clock, wear it horizontal at 6 o’clock, attach it to the PALS on your backpack, or put the pouch in your glove compartment for quick deploy. We keep several of these critical need kits in various places, rather than moving them around.
We sell the pouch, the pouch with mounting, and complete kits with or without mounting plate.
Our goal is to deliver the correct size the first time. We offer exact measurement fitting available exclusively on our website. The actual measurement of your waist will be the most accurate.
Pants sizes vary by manufacturer, and will usually be smaller than your actual waist measurement by 3-4". It is also best to measure over anything that will be worn under the belt, such as an inner belt, regular pants belt, or padding. Belts will usually add .5-1.5"; padding can add 2-3"+ depending on thickness.

Use a string and tape measure, or measure your belt from the end of the buckle to the hole that you use
C7 is the bony part of your spine at the back of your neck, just above your shoulders. Stand straight and drop the tape down your back to the floor
Iliac Crest to the floor
Place your hands on your hipbones with your thumbs pointing back toward your spine and your fingers wrapping forward. Hold your hands out parallel to the floor and drop the tape from your hands to the floor
