Alice Spine ™ no armor: MR Upgrade

Upgrade your legacy pack with a state of the art AttackPAK Spine. This frame is wider at the top and will fit Alice, MOLLE, Mystery Ranch, Kifaru, and others with similar top attachments. The ideal use for this frame is without body armor.

If you intend to wear your pack with armor, the MR retro fit Spine with armor would be a preferred Spine. It works well with armor, and does okay without armor. This frame shape would push the bottom edge of your back plate into you lower back, since it does not have the zig zag.
